Simple School Requirements

Schools provide:

  • a supervising teacher/SSO
  • a suitable area (hall, library, undercover, courtyard, gym)
  • communication channel (one contact point)

CommShare handles training, resources, mentoring and term planning.

The Logistics

How CommShare Works

Students (Years 5–6 or 7–9) apply to join the CommShare Team.


We train them in leadership, teamwork, safety, and inclusion to run the weekly activities.

Every student leader earns a badge and becomes a positive force in your school.

We deliver a resource-rich kit filled with:

Everything your student team needs — all in one box.

Student leaders set up 15 minutes before lunch and pack down 10 minutes before the end.

Each week features something new—based on your school’s culture and creativity.
